I'm 28wks n I'm having little cramping ..I was sitting down n I feel like a bolt of pain just zap to my pelivic area..is this normal?

Sounds like round ligament pains to me. If that is what it is, then yes, it is completely normal (and painful ugh!).

Ugghh I know damn round ligments lol...I have two kids b4 but with this 3rd pregnancy everything feels different
