Sometimes yes because your uterus is growing but if they are severe or u r spotting call your doc immediately

I'm also 2 months and feel like I have cramps as well but no spotting . I think its normal but its my first as well so I'm not positive.

Yes its normal. It often feels like period cramps. Then as the uterus is growing the ligaments stretch wich can be painful. Usually you feel this on the inside of your hip area. As it was said unless they are very severe or you have bleeding its quite normal.
