How do u sleep while breastfeeding?

Wat do I do once I start breastfeedin nd I have to go to sleep? Do I have to sleep with my bra nd a pad so I won't leak all over the bed or what?

I wore a nursing bra with pads the entire time I was breastfeeding, otherwise I would often wake up soaked! haha not pleasant

They have night nursing bras. They're kind of like sport bras, just not as tight and use the pads...otherwise you'll leak everywhere (

You can put chucks pads under you while your leaking just in case you fall asleep. There were several times I woke up in what felt like a pool of milk, yuck!! Otherwise I agree with the other ladies night nursing bras were great. I had a couple that were really lightweight sport bras that stretched easily I also wore my regular nursing bra (no underwires) to bed or a nursing tank with pads.

@firstbabyontheway I woke up soaked a few times at first I hate hate hate sleeping in bras I found fitted shirts and the cami tops with built in shelf bras worked great to hold breast pad in place I also used bikini tops for nursing because it was what I had worked great for those who don't like wires
