question - breathing

Anyone feel like they can't breathe? I constantly am takin deep breaths n sometimes its hard to catch my breath I'm only.8 weeks I know this is normal later on I never had this.problem with my first but I am this time.??;

    Its normal. I have same issue. Ur hormones effect ur respitory system and blood vessels making u feel like u can't catch ur breath. Also the bigger ur belly gets the less room ur lungs have also making it harder. Do u have the book "what to expect when ur expecting"? It explains everything and it only 13.95 at book stores.

    Yes I lived by that book my first pregnancy and am reading it this one as well but haven't got to that part yet explaining that thank you tho
