Anyone done this before?

Im a first time mom. Im having my son hopefully this month, im due the 26th so we'll c, but im doing this on my own cus my husband is deployed buy im curious about delivering. I want it straight forward, how do things operate in the delivery room?

  • quickest way n aparently less painful dont lay on your back stay upright, move hips around 2 help move bub done, sit if u need but walking helps be patient good luck
  • Get an epidural, takes the pain ans stress away. Have someone with you for support and to take video/pics for your hubby. Other wise...Breathe!
  • Depends on how you want it to operate. You can opt for meds to take the pain away, pr you can do it drug free. Its different for each birth, there are so many factors in delivering a baby. If you opt for no meds moving around as much as possible can help speed things up, I also like the jacuzzi tub my hospital offers for pain management. Just remember, the nurses and doctors are there to make this as comfortable, safe, and memorable experience as they can, and as a general rule they know what they're doing and will do everything in their power to bring your baby into your arms as safely as possible.
