pimples ?

I have never had acne and all of the sudden, my face is all broken out ? Anybody else or does anyone have a solution ?

    I got like this too for the whole first trimester cuz of all the hormones ... my doctor. Said to use a hot wash rag on my face twice a day. It helped alot

    I never have pimples, except when I'm preggers with a girl, I got them when I was with my daughter, I'm about 14 weeks now, and think its a girl cuz I have crazy acne. I always say, when your prego with a girl, she steals her mothers beauty! Lol. Nothing helps mine!
