i woke up at 7am b/c I was cramping & IT WAS HORRIBLE!!!!! I thought I had 2 use the bathroom but I didn't I felt my stomach it was VERY hard I drunk water & layed dwn it eventually went away...im 21w4d where theyy B.H?? im not sure
