Help ! Im Worried !

I went to the doctor yesterday and was told that I'm measuring two weeks behind because of where my uterus is and because the heartbeat couldnt be found. Im supposed to be 14w2d. Th e thing is, if I measure 2weeks behind that I would have gotten a positive test at 3weeks prego which is impossible, right ? Im going for an ultrasound tomorrow but I want to know is it possible to measure 12 weeks but still be 14 weeks ?

    Yes it is possible i measured 4 weeks at 6 weeks or baby did and 19 at 20 all the other measurements were right on track. All babies develop at their own pace
