I don't know if its me but I'm really not that big yet. I have a stomach but I think I just look bloated.but my boyfriend and family thinks I've gotten big. I just don't notice. Is this normal for it to be my first pregnancy?

Really I'm going crazy people ask me am I pregnant all the time and I say yes their response is your so tiny.
