Today has been weird. I was in so much pain this morning. Been cramping and having lil braxton Hicks. Now I feel nauseated and so tired like drugged out! I am still having horrible back aches and cramps. I went poo earlier but it didn't relieve the symptoms. I'm cramping worse now and having harder contractions. Gonna start timing them ... but I'm also having gas.... has any had this b4 labor or can help me relieve this pain?

warm shower or bath or a heat pack helped me when i was in early labour...

It sounds like your having back labor. The babys may be pointed towards your back.
