Tanning while pregnant?

I would like to know your opinions on it. I have seen things againt it and then things saying its fine. Do you think its safe? What have you heard about it?

I wouldn't do it....u get hot and a baby can't control their temp...u aren't even suppossed to take hot baths while pregnant!

I'm a tanner and I was told to stop. The body temp is bad. But hey its summer and the suns out. Tan the natural way just to be safer for baby..

I used to work at a tanning salon and using tanning beds while pregnant is a big no no. We even had to take precaution when a pregnant girl was working with us. They were not to get near the beds when they were on.
