Anyone else?

I've always had sleeping problems bt now it has gotten worse after being pregnant. I am now 13 weeks and going to be two weeks already that I haven't slept at night at all. I usually fall asleep by 6, 7 or 8am bt only for a few hrs. Idk what to do to actually get some sleep like a normal person. Its so hard not being able to take anything : (
