Not very long. My son was born and everyone at the hospital could tell he was biracial.

I think a lot depends on how dark ther parent is. My kids took color almost immediately an ther dad is pretty dark. My friends baby is 6months old an she now startn to get color an her dad is light

Usually abt 2months u can tell how dark by their ears tho &&they do have features just look white.

However Sophia was light but never as white as a non bi racial baby

My daughter came out red....but her color changed to a caramel latte color within about a week. Sometimes I think her shade changes at different times and she gets darker in the sun (who doesn't) oh and her face is about 2-3 shades lighter than her body.
