feeling funny.. almost like im getting my period.

Ok, need a little feedback! I'm 7 weeks with my first baby. I've had a back ache since yesterday and today I feel crampy almost like I'm about to start my period. I haven't had that much sickness which also concerns me.. I know everyone is different and some don't get that.. It took us 3 years so I think I'm just over worried!!

Your uterus is probably stretchign out to accommodate the growing fetus ..don't worry !

I'm 8 weeks and I feel those period type symptoms also....but so far so good so I think were OK...LOL goodluck grly!
