i hate my job.....sorry have to vent

I am an apartment manager and we have moved some asses in the last year. I run my ship tight and by the book. before being pregnant I could handle some of the bs I deal with but I am now 23 weeks and I am pissed! If I get told one more time how to do my job, that noone wants to deal w m bc I lay the law down I am going to quit! I have climbed the ladder worked my ass off and spent blood sweat and tears to build the best property possible. And now my boss expects me to accept that people will harrass and scream and threaten me. That's what happens sometimes he says. We have a lease w violations!!! grrrrrrr.....sorry I am beyond tired of the shit. Not sure if its bc I am pregnant but I don't appreciate being belittled , screamed at and abused by people that violate laws and don't give a fuck!

Can you evict them for the violations? Or is it something you can call the cops for? I'd be that type of biatch! sorry you don't like your job. But if You run a tight ship like you say. Please stay! The world needs more like you and less scum lords!

I can evict but the torture they put us under until their move is crazy. It gets better...thanks for the uplift ladies. Just had one hell of a week!
