Had my baby shower today! How should I thank my sister?

My sister through me a huge suprise shower, she went above and beyond! Even though she just had shoulder surgery a few weeks ago, and has been out of work she stil managed to do so much! Shes helped me so much painting the babies room, and helped me move when I was 5 months pregnant. I want to do something for her to show her how much I appreciate everything she has done, I dont think just a gift card is enough. Any ideas? Shes 31 yrs old

Yep.. Spa day or pedicures sound great! I'm planning to give my girlfriends a gift card for pedis as a thank you. They are putting so much work into it they deserve a relaxing treat.
