FTM, 22wks along and feel funny?

I am burning up! I've only wore a tank and shorts all day and im sweating so bad!! My Hubby thinks im crazy! I've got a fan on me and its not helping at all! Plus Idk I just feel really funny like no energy and achey, is this normal?
