I sleep on my left when my fiance is here but on my right when he's away lol

after the first trimester u r not suppose to lay flat on ur back so if u sleep on ur back put a pillow under ur legs i also find when sleeping on my side putting a pillow under my growing belly helps me sleep

I heard that first trimester doesn't really matter how you sleep but further on in the pregnancy its best to sleep on your left side because your blood flows better

Thank you so much because right now I sleep on left, when my fiance gone my right, when I watch tv I try to sit up on my back

They say to sleep on your left to help blood flow but I prefer my right side
