OK so for the past few days I've noticed that my nipples are getting really dry and now they are to the point to where it hurts to even wear my bra because it rubs. How do I get them to not be as dry and not hurt so bad? Any advice will be great please.

Use a very sensitive lotion and wash with a moisturizer not soap it dries them more.

Personally I been washing the extra sensitive areas (sorry t.m.i. ) with Johnson Baby Wash and its been working for me.

Try lanolin

Use lansinoh it helps relieve, soothe, heals and protects dry cracked skin... works like a charm can be found in the baby aisle

I use vaseline lotion on my belly when I get out of the shower and also rub it on my breast as well. Mine were getting really dry also and they haven't been at all ever since I started doing that.
