I had my dr. appointment today. I found out that my dr. will be leaving at the end of this month, so I have to use a new dr. :( I'll be 31 weeks saturday, and this dr delivered my last baby, and it just bums me out.. The other dr in that office is a man, and I'm not too big on the men drs.. :( On a brighter note, I think I am going to have the 4d ultrasound tomorrow :) .. I hope it turns out good. They wont do them past 31 weeks and my belly is already measuring 32 weeks so Im prayin hes not all smooshed looking!!

    Ugh, I'm sorry. :( When I was pregnant with my first, my doctor told me she didn't do pre-natal care anymore & referred me away. Then at 7 months preggo, THAT doctor moved away! So I got "stuck" with a CNM last minute & LOVED her, but when I went to see her for my annual exam before getting pregnant again, SHE told me SHE was moving away- to New Zealand!... I was like "does no one want to deliver my babies?!?"... lol... but there's another CNM there now, and she seems great, too. I went with the CNM's because I don't like male obstetricians either, lol...

    I get irritated every time I have a different doctor period. I had a guy Dr today, I'm 30 wks and went in, never seen this man in my life and barely listened to the babys heart, measured my belly and said "that's a nice size kid you got there" even tho I am measuring the right size. Then insults my weight gain I'm just hitting the 20 in gain. Then when I and about my ribs hurting totally doesn't listen to what I say. But I couldn't imagine having a new Dr completely for the rest of my pregnancy

    Lol @oregonmama, that p.s part was funny. With my son I only had to push 3, times so it wasnt bad for me and labor lasted like 5 hrs.. I had to wait for my dr to get.there to catch him before that final push.:)
    @mscheyla, eww ida been p.od at that dr.. With my daughter a man delivered her and was my ob. I didnt like him one bit.. Seems the women are more understanding and will listen to you..
    @vette_devil you do have bad luck lol.. What is a CNM?

    Aw that sucks. I would feel the same way if my doctor was unavailable too. Good luck with toot ultrasound tho! :)
