Omg!! Baked whole chicken! Baked with red potatoes, pepper, basil, garlic, and a lil white white! Brine the chicken first and bake with skin on. So good and healthy! You can add any veggues you want. Left over chicken can be made into anything!
Ok, so here's a good one I just found if your trying to get your veggies in but need a lil something with them:
Mix 2 cups light sour cream, one half cup mayo (or miracle whip) and one package of veggie soup mix. Chill at least an hour. Stays fresh for about a week in fridge....Yummm!
