went to the docs today

I went to the doctor today for my weekly apt I'm 37 weeks tommorow ad she said I'm still only dialated to 1 but my cervix has thinned out halfway and the baby is really far down. Do you think ill go into labor soon? This is my second pregnancy too.

    Im 36 weeks and was dialated to 2 tuesday and 60% effaced (at 35 weeks i was at 1 and 40%) and i'm still cooking. Have you tried walking or anything?

    no. Do you think it would help progress my labor? If your cervix is half way thinned out could my labor b close?

    It could be close. Walking does help!

    It helps some people others it doesn't. Never hurts to try. You should also try having sex it helps thin the cervixs.
