When I go toilet for a pee pee I hear an feel a stong POP really low what could it be .... keep think my waters go but Dnt think so am 38 weeks

No not gushing I don't know if am leaking would say now and again clear water discharge ... but not enough to wear pad ... I've felt it 4 times now, 3 times today
