ways to induce labor

I was wondering what are some effective ways to induce labor? Has any worked for anybody?

    Sex @ least 2xs in 12hrs the semen has something to jump start if ur bodys ready also make sure he plays w ur nipples a lot during the act suppose to help start contracting ...... Google it lol it worked for me plus it was fun for my husband n I lol ;)

    Does the tea really work? I've been walkin all day n I start to have small contractions then they jus go away
