period supposed to start tomorrow but had sexual intercourse an hour ago and not even any spotting!

Have all the symptoms: fatigue, cramps, stomach pains, tender swollen and darker boobs and frequent urination! But took a test this morning and it came back negative! Can my fiance still be pregnant???
