I have had some lower abdomen pains and a pain only on my right side of my back. I don't lay on my back either. I never felt this pain when pregnant with my first. I am also getting light headed/dizzy and everything seems blurry as well almost everytime I stand up. I am sonly 21 weeks and 6 weeks should I go to the doctor or is This common? I know every pregnancy is different.

Go in and check your blood pressure, the dizziness and vision changes could be high blood pressure.

With kidney infection it hurts in your back area beneath your rib cage
