Pre-natals & constipation
Does anyone take a good pre-natal that helps with constipation? My friends swear by Vita-Fol, it's 2 pills you take together.. One is the pre-natal and the other is a stool softener. They both swear that they were very constipated taking other pre-natals but the Vita-fol got them back on track. I'm thinking of asking my OB to prescribe it to me but was wondering if anyone has taken these before.
