Due dates are messed up!

Hi I'm 35 weeks according to my lmp I went to the dr today and by my lmp im supposed to be due march 16th but she said by my fist sonogram im due march 25?!?! I didn't get to a dr till I was around 16 weeks so can the sonogram be wrong and my lmp be right? This is so confusing!!!!

Go by wat they say the sono is bcuz thts wat the baby is measuring to. Its pretty confusing but it happened to me i thought i was 16 days further along but they measured the baby n s/he was smaller. The sono is more accurate

But I've heard their not very accurate after 12 weeks???

I have also heard tht but im not sure how true tht is. I would go by wat the dr says, they usually kno better. I mean if ur rly sure abt ur lmp go by tht. Its not rly much of a difference n u probably wont even give birth on any of those days lol

Well im stressed about it because she is going to induce me on march. I'm just trying to figure out which day would be better to have it done.

Shes probably gna go frm the due date she has. Dont stress too much on the day it is. Jus hope ur baby is gna b healthly.

You could have ovulated later than the 14days after lmp.. not everyone ovulates the same.. that's probably why your baby is measuring smaller.. so just go with the new and later due date! I know it sucks bc you have to wait a little longer to see your precious baby

Thats the thing! She is the kind of dr who says she is right no matter what! My lil man is measuring bigger, but she won't tell me how much bigger I'm measuring. She even made the comment when she measured me ' he is getting up there' but won't say anything else I'm just aggravated with her because she doesn't want to hear anything you have to say.

She is known as a complete bitch here I wish I could change drs but unfortunately my insurance won't let me. How can I handle her????

Or how do I show her/get her to understand that I'm further along? My last baby was 8pds 14oz n it was awful! I'm afraid she will let me go forever and I will have a twelve pound baby! Lol

I already don't like her lol Its a Dr job to answer all questions and be willing to talk things over with you. Why are you being induced?? Sounds like a friends Dr she ended up hating! Never gave her time to ask anything, was no help, and decided he was going to induce her as soon as she started labor becuase he wanter her to go faster. She had only been contracting a couple hrs. Baby n everything healthy. Just wanted to get onto his next patient. she ended up with horrible strong close contractions with slow dialation. Found out later he was just uncaring and in a hurry. Some Dr just don't really care. I think this makes them dangerous because they don't give you the info you need! And they are not perfect by any means!! Her date may be right on, but her not discusing things with you only leaves you confused, and unsure of anything.. sorry I think I just turned this into a vent about dr's lol But I would say if you can get a second opinion do. Or just someone who is educated to ask your questions to. Don't let them bully you into anything. They are there to serve you!! They are making good money to take care of YOU!!

No prob good luck, Dr really frusterate me, they treat you like they know it all and your dumb for not just following allong. Most are just making educated guesses though!! So Just stay strong and don't be afraid to second guess them. Even if they are right you will feel much better when you understand all their reasons and process for everything!! Good luck, hope thins one is a lil smaller !! Ouch! LOL

My dr said I was due June 1st had my ultrasound and changed it to thr 10th I don't like my dr so I changed he told me water was the cure for all my pain

Even when I got sick for 3 weeks ended up going to the hospital
