The bd texted me today and said he wishes things were different for the babies sake but hes in love with his ex n would be forever and wasnt in love with me anymore. Im so hurt and confused. Everything he told me was a lie and I wish I could just get over it. Idk what to do or think I think about the baby and I love her no doubt but he abandoned us....i cant sleep at night and I want to rest happily for once

Respond back to him to not text you that crap. If he has issues about the way he has acted he needs to seek therapy texting you things to upset you is making the situation worse for you. Cut some ties with him and focus on you and your baby. Like the girls said show no interest in him I know its hard especially with hormones.
