I have been occassionally getting this feeling similar to a pulse in my vagina. It happens randomly and I feel baby moving in other places so I don think its baby. I'm 23+ weeks. Any one experience this or know what it could be?

Probably is just the extra blood flow. Sometimes can feel swollen. I think that could be it.
