Broken promises

My hubby promises me things and never follows through. I understand somethings just can't happen but when he says things over and over again especially about spending alone time with me or helping me with things I feel are important and chooses his friends or video games all effin day my feelings get so hurt. But when I tell him how I feel he says I need to chill out...gahhh sorry I just had to vent for a minute =(

I really hate when people say "chill out". I sort of think everybody should know that it just has the opposite effect.
