quick question kinda worried is this normal

So have any of u mommas had lower abdominal cramping when u cough?
I get it in my lower abdomen every time I cough, but it goes away wirh no pain as soon as I stop coughing
oh and I'm 15w6d and have never had bleeding

Yeah that happens to me every time i cough or sneeze actually, idk if its normal but meh i don't think its anything to worry about.

Like a muscle cramp feeling? Could be linked to round ligament pain. Which is totally normal.

I'm thinking its prolly just has to do with you quick compressions of your abdomen muscles that have weakened over the months but meh, i have a drs apt on the 26th xD so close! lol but yeah let me know what yours says and ill let you know what mine says all the possiblities
