Lost mucous plug.......tmi....i know

36 weeks......lost it Thurs night while taking a bath to relax....had to get out, clean tub & run another bath. Finished packing hospital bag That I kept putting off. Had signs of prelabor all night.....cramps, achey legs, back pains etc. Friday laid around all day & slept a lot.....today big big burst of energy..
Cleaned downstairs completely which is now leading to all the prelabor symptoms again. This is all new to me....tell me what braxton hicks are?

Btacton hicks happen on and off and actual labor doesn't stop u will know Hun good luck though I hope it happens soon.

Congrats! Im a Ftm so im not really familiar with the mucus plug is it the "water breaking"?. Buuut im at 27 weeks and Ive been having braxton hicks since 10 weeks. Its your uterus getting tight and uncomfortable. Sometimes it kinda hurts. And sometimes it almost makes me pee myself lol

Braxton hicks are contractions that dont hurt, they are practice contractons for your uterus.
