face breaking out wth?

I have never had a scratch bump mule dint nothing on my face. Wth is going on. I can't believe this I look like a pizza face. Help me.

    Wash ur face in the morning n night wit a mild soap am breaking out too. It has helped with reducing them.

    I wash with mild soap and then wipe alcohol because of my oily skin.

    I've had one on my cheek for a week now. Had a bunch of island's on my chin, small cluster on my other cheek and now the third eye! And all of them just get big and red!!

    I broke out bad my first tri, just washed with water, cleansers dried me out. Now im almost done, breaking out again, hopefully means im getting close.
