Are menstrual like cramps the same as a contraction, regardless if they're mild & infrequent.? I get them occasionally I wondered if I call them cramps or contractions.
In still confused about all that @HomeBirthAdvocate they say if your tummy feels tight to time it but my tummy always feels tight...when I stand or pee.. how can you actually time it? Or the menstrual cramps...I get those too...I probably sound so stupid but I'm just soooo confused!!
