So I have this horrible cough because of this crazy weather ... I keep using cough drops because it helps a little, are cough drops okay? It sucks that I cnt take real medicine
Its good but try not to suck on them cus the sucking just irritates your throat more. Try getting something like a slurpy and letting it drip down your throat with the straw to make it numb cus really that's all cough drops do. Coughs really are a pain in the butt sometimes you just gotta wait them out.
I know green tea has caffeine but i was sick a lot in the beginning of my pregnancy and warm green tea did wonders. Lemon and hunny work good too. If u have been a good girl and banned urself from caffeine just do warm water with lemon and hunny. I would stay away from anything cold that's what will irritate ur cough more. Good luck
@brittbabiie I prefer a chamomile tea with honey when I have a sore throat. Starbucks has a chamomile tea called Calm and the aroma is so amazing, the flavor is perfect hot or cold as I tend to drink it over a few hours. I like a little sugar in mine, but the honey makes my throught feel much better.
Have any of you ever heard of someone getting a sore throat and ears from acid reflux!? The doctor in the er said that yday and I am still trying to figure out if he is a quack.
