progress with labor

Well went to the dr today for my 36 week appointment and I guess I am 3 cm dilated, 70% effaced and baby is at -1 station. I am suppose to go out of town this weekend and am wondering if I should change the plans....anyone have any thoughts.

Umm I wouldn't go unless u don't mind having baby@ unfamiliar hospital.

My vote...stick close to home...3cm and 70% effaced....thats close!
