  • When I was 16 weeks my uterus was past my belly button. My doc said I was measuring 20 weeks, but the baby was measuring 16. She said its because this is baby #2 and I got pregnant 13 months after my first. I guess it stretches faster. Is this baby #1 or more for you?
  • I was measuring around 27 weeks when I was 20 weeks with my daughter. I always measured bigger with her. They did an ultrasound and she was measuring slightly larger but not 7 weeks. They told me I had too much amniotic fluid and it was probably due to my diabetes (I have had type 1 for 18 years). If I got any bigger they would have started to drain the excess fluid but I stayed around the same and she was never in distress.
  • @soon2bmomof2under2 yeah this is my first baby. Do y'all Think I can have gd?
  • At my last appointment I was 21 weeks measuring 26 weeks! When I got my ultrasound baby was measuring right where he needed to be tho and my dr said the same thing that it was just bcuz he's my third. Have you had an ultrasound yet? If so did they say baby was measuring right with your due date?
  • @vlynn15 I had like 8 before I was 12 weeks and one at 18 and one at 20 the 18 week one they said a week bigger
  • Oh I don't think anything should be wrong then if you've had so many and they've seen no problems. Maybe your belly is just growing faster?? I don't know about the gd thing tho I've never had them sorry.
  • Can I ask if your smaller frame? My dr told me since im smaller its mormal for the uterus to measure bigger because of my size and it doesn't have as much space so it seems larger, if that makes senssen you can always ask your dr if your very worried.
