parental rights and child support

I was curious to know if a father waives his parental rights does he still have to pay child support?
Also does he automatically get joint custody n visitation?

No he gives up everything. And has to pay nothing. Went through that 3 years ago with my ex. So good luck!

In some states they still have to pay child support but get no visitation when the sign over their rights.
