Im ripping open!!!

I have a scar on my tummy from my appendix being removed. It has streched so much it feels like my son is going to tear out of my belly at any moment. Does anyone know of any ideas to ease the pain some. It burns really bad!

    Sounds like you need to moisturize. Have you tried cocoa butter lotion? Vaseline may help, too, as it is a skin protectant.

    I have been moisturizing every night after my shower. my skin is very soft... It feels like the skin where the scar is, is getting thinner and thinner. You know how the belly is all hard, well where the scar has stretched it feels like a hole

    it was a very long time ago i was 9 when the had to remove it, it had ruptured so the scar is normally about 4 inches long

    it doesnt itch it just burns!! Sometimes if I have to bend a certain way it will feel like its ripping.. OK i guess i just get to suck it up for 11 more weeks!! ;;)

    lol it was awful i was 9 luckily my mom took great care of me and my nurses were great!!

    Thats horrible I think i am a bigger baby now than when i was little. They kept me at the hopsital for a week then out of school for another week after that!!
