Ouch! pain?:(

Im 20 wks and like 3dys and im having a sharp pulsating Pain on my right side of my lower abdomen:( baby is moving alot too. Has this happened to any of you ladies? Help:)?
Anyone?

It may be round ligament pain.

I agree with round ligament pains. I expierenced the same things around 14-16 weeks and doctor said it was normal. Unfortunately he didn't tell me anything to help with the pain.

The hospital was horrible:/ they couldnt find her hb and they just left me there for a whole hr:( then they found her hb which was great:) 146bpm so it was round ligament pain n just said to drink plenty of water:)
