service dog????

My husband is getting a service dog soon and wondering if any ppl on here have one? How do they react to a newborn ext.....?

If they are properly trained they will be fine.service dogs are put in every situstion possible from puppyhood

My brother has a seeing eye dog. Really when his harness is off he's just like any other pet dog but they are typically well behaved. When he first got this last one he was still in his puppy stage and would run off with his shoes. Lol a seeing eye dog was hiding a blind guys shoes. You should be fine though. Just keep an eye out

@Shaw im sorry for that, but I had to laugh.. my husband has ptsd and tbi... so im worried how they work with babies...

Don't be sorry it is funny. The service animal that was supposed to be helping him was playing hide the shoes with a blind guy

Lol shae that's sooo funny n cute! Jess service dogs / most average dogs r just fine w baby's probably take the baby on as a brother n guard/take care of baby: 0) my 4dogs love kids baby's anything
