severe pelvic pain

Im 20wks and I am having really bad pelvic pain. Its not contractions though it just feels like a really bad charlie horse in my pelvis. I have a cervical cerclage in to keep my cervix closed and I am on progesterone injections to help prevent preterm labor. Im not bleeding or anything but it hurts to walk and stand. Idk if I should go to the ER or just rest and see how I feel in the morning. Help please!

I would call your doc and see what they recommend. I have never felt this so I don't really have any other advice. Good luck, I hope it is nothing!

@proudmum i am also having pains so if you talk to you doctor and let me know what they said. Cause i plan to call mine tomorrow to check so if i hear before you i will let you know what my doctor says!

@proudmum im 18weeks 4days. So i understand the pain I've had it off and on for a week now so enough is enough time to talk to the pros!

@mommyb3 so I talked to my doc and he had me come into labor &delivery but they sad its just round ligament pain. They said take a hot bath to relax the muscles and apply a heating pad when I need to and to take tylenol. He said some people have it more severe than others.

My pain doesnt feel like it is joint or bone pain..its more like muscle pain right in the area above my pubic bone. @homebirthadvocate could the manganese help with that as well? Should I be worried? You are such a big help to all of us new mommies!!
