Anyone else have weird lumps in their stomach?

I am 22 1/2 weeks so there is no way that the lumps 2-3 inches above my belly button are my baby. Usually they look like ripples and I can see them moving so I've just been assuming they're my intestines. But just now, it was a massive area and I moved it up, which has changed the shape of it. But it's still there. I have an ultrasound tomorrow with the perinatologist and will mention it to her. But does anyone else have this?

    I don't think its intestines, they lie behind your abdominal muscle. It's probly the baby! I'm 24 weeks and my uterus is way above my belly button.

    Well, these ripples and stuff are soft. I can recognize my baby's lumps because they're much harder and don't stay in one place for very long.
