have you had an amnio??? please help!

I am going to be 38wks when I have the amnio. They are doing ut because im high risk and they want to make sure my baby girl is fully developed!

Have u ever had one? And what did it feel like? How was it done??

Never had one but was told they only do them during the second trimester.

@hurstk28 Hmm... i havent ever heard of there being a restriction on when they do them. Maybe its different for every dr but who knows. Thank you for responding!!
