Does the way you sleep affect your baby In your belly?

What do you mean the way you sleep like positions? And heck at this point the baby is dictating my sleep

I always slept on my stomach but when I got father along I was always told to lay on my right side I think bc of nerves and veins etc. It does affect the baby when you get farthr along.

I am meaning like if you stay up all night kind of thing man I cant sleep for crap and when I do sleep I am still tired and sleep too much sometimes I am up all night

Ok I couldn't remember I knew it was one side lol.... I didn't sleep at all firming the pregnancy. I took tylenol pm and that helped you can take that in th first two trimesters.
