unemployment?!! can they....?

So my unemployment stopped, because im prego and moving the guy told me. But I looked up the rules and they have Nothing on being prego and moving STOPPING my checks. I called the governor of KY for them to help me. I find this very biest! Or should I say sexist!

They might see it as you arent trying to find a job becausr you got pregnant..which is moronic. Lol i just found out that because ill be a week away from being at my job for a year on my due date, that they dont have to guarantee my job after maternity leave cuz it has to be a year:( we have it sooo unfair!!

Its probably bc your moving? More than the pregnancy. is it to another state?

Yes, but the guy asked me about the interstate transfer and I told him I knew already about it... my husband is retiring from the army here sbd soon to collect unemplyment. What pisses me off. Hubby n I are both OIF/OEF veterans and the unemployment encourages us vet to take advantage of unemployment .... @Jamie77

@jess8D7 spousal seperation from the army or transferring to another duty station is a reason to get umemployment. I would call the dept of labors main office and ask to.speak w someone

They can't stop your unemployment for those reasons...however you have to "move" and "give birth" on the weekend

I've had problems with them since day one. I applied back in may 2010... and didn't recieve a check untill Oct 2010. Then they say im approved for and extension ... then give me one check n stop. Im sorry for venting. Its just hard finding a job when u know ur moving soon and prego. Ppl don't want u.. plus I travel back n forth from TN to WI each month. My parents pay for my ticket to see them but help my dad out. He's a 100% disabled vet too. No one wants a broke dick at a job...
