Minimal movement...Starting to get worried!

I am 39 weeks prgnant she hasnt been moving since early thismorning. I trrd moving her, had a shower she only moves if I try to force movement. Anyone experience this? Waiting on midwife to call but Im incredibly nervous D:

    Yea I chugged back a powerade which was the only thing up stairs (i cant get down the stairs) but still not a lot of movement. She moved but its still unsettling that shes so incredibly quiet she was sure booting thismorning :-( still no respose
