I had a mc and got put on pelvic rest.... does anyone know about pelvic rest?

I was told to be on pelvic rest too cause I'm 25 weeks and started having tiny little contractions. They said it meant no sex (nothing can enter the vagina) and don't do anything to active..the nurse literally said 'dont run any marathons'...lol..? I don't if this helps but I hope so, feel better soon lady and good luck

Pelvic rest means no sex/orgasms...been on it since 12wks and will be on it for the rest of my pregnancy

Jw b/c. I haven't really got to talk to my ob about it yet but I have a previous pelvic injury n today im 16 wks n im having really bad pains n my hip to where I can barely walk y were yall put on pelvic rest I had no clue bout this
