I'm extremely tired and I haven't done anything in the last two or three my body hurts and I'm extremely nauseated I feel hot to touch but not running a fever.

Hope u feel better I'm 25 weeks also n around 23 I started get real sick went to doc now take meds for nausea n I feel great!
